996 warning info failure

just had my 996 recovered (5 days before the 2 yr warrenty runds out!) with the computer thing showing the oil symbol and indicated a failure of the sensor. no red lights.


Read my handbook and Spoke to my opc who said it may be just the sensor as indicated but may not so they dont want it driven to them but have it recovered.

So tracker has called and it should be with opc now. Not had a curtesy car yet and chasing that.

It is easy to access the oil sensor and or trace the fault?


I think I will change my mind and decide to extend the warrenty......
