Hi guys,
Just a quick note to see if any PH'ers will be out
this Saturday at Bedford aerodrome ??
I'll be there, in either a Seal Grey 996 C4S, or
if I can get it sorted, a Cobalt Blue Mk II GT3 instead !!
Glenn
I am.
I will be there in a Yellow Mk1 GT3....( LHD with Yellow wheels)
Try and bring yours....see you there.!
I have not booked but will turn up on the off chance that I can get on later -- if there are some no shows or it gets less crowded. (will have to charm my way a bit with Amy!)
If you do know of anyone who cannot use their booking then I would be happy to buy it.
Hoping to try my new TOYO R888 trackday tyres, so itching to get on.

I will be there with my 968, but not tracking it, as the 993 I wanted to track there is not 100% ready to go yet. I am just going to meet up with a couple of other 968 guys and bring along one of our US 968 cousins for some passenger rides and general car perusing. So if any of you guys feel like giving him a ride I am sure he will enjoy the experience. I should be easy to spot, dark metallic blue 968 with very shiny Speedline 18" rims, not going out on the track!!

I'll be there for a couple of hours in a Red Audi RS6 (993TT currently undergoing a turbo upgrade). Come and say hello. I think that some of the guys from GT-One in Chertsey will also be going there.
regards
Steve
Hi steve, I didn't know you were on pistonheads. How long have you had your 993 for? And have you had the oil cooler fitted to the RS6 yet?
What an awesone day it was.
Well organised as usual by Graham Clarke...lots of threats in the briefing always seems to do the trick.
Hardly any interruptions other than a couple of cars dropping all thier oil on the racing line.
Weather held out.
I had some good tussles with a another Yellow GT3 ( a MK2)- mine was the MK1 with the yellow wheels.
Was that Glenn ??

Peter,
Yep that was me alright !!
Considering i only had the car two days before the event, i was pleased with how quickly i was able to learn it.
The odd occasion that the arse stepped out was easily correctable with a little opposite lock.
Totally awesome car.
Enjoyed our little tussles, which certainly pushed me to my limits at some corners, especially the right hander before the pit straight, which took a while how to work out just how fast to take it !!!
Great day out.
Hopefully see you soon.
