I'm informed by my US Fchat brethren it's a CF Novitec grill. Tubi make a similar one too.

Yeah I think it is a Novitec grille (personally I much prefer the standard). Those wheels look very bling and probably ruin the ride....memo to the owner: do the decent thing and turn it back to its original visual spec.
