Car interior plastics paint ?

My Dads Jaguar X Type has some what I guess is paint flaking from some of the plastic interior trim. The cars interior colour is what Jaguar calls 'sand' and most of the plastic bits of trim looks to me as if it's painted , although I'm not sure if its conventional paint or another type of covering.

Can you get the correct painted from some place or made up ? There is some flaking on the glove box lid and he wants to keep it looking smart as it is a low miles 08 plate car.
