Orange Squares - what are they

Flourescent orange squares that have appeared on the barriers at Brands.

Thought they were marshall's posts but clearly aren't.

No fire extingishers nearby.

Any ideas?

There to identify where there are gaps in the armco etc. so that crashed drivers can run and hide from the further carnage happening behind them.
