Polished Alloys

Hi

I have 20inch Porsche Carrera Classic Alloys with thin polished spokes on my 981 and I want to know te best polish to use. They are fully waxed and protected however if you put a torch on them you can see hair line scratches on the polished parts. This is obviously on the laquer. What's the best thing to polish it with? Looks like they appear from a micro fibre w,gen drying.
