Following a link for an auction site on another forum I stumbled across this 650bhp GTR.

What an excellent colour and spec.
Details are here
If you follow the link and look at the bottom picture, can you recognise that bonnet emblem ? It looks good too

Specification is massive too. Does it belong to anyone on here?

I asked a question in the "Auction" tread, will ask here also:

Anyone see any windows in the doors???? Are the doors thicker than standard??? You have to go to the auction listing to get the other pictures, I can't get them to link-and-open here.

Way, way cool.

looks like they have been removed - cant even see how they are clipped in (if at all) or they are just really clean windows.

Ps,
To snarf a photo, click on it, then right-click properties, then copy the url, then paste it into your message with pic tags around it.

The auction info states "TITLED AS A 0000 SPCNS (SPECIALLY CONSTRUCTED VEHICLE) BY CALIFORNIA DMV" whatever that means, or is it to get past the stringent emmissions tests there?

Also it must be someone that reads the news because G-string's car is also mentioned for the performance figures.

I wonder what it will fetch Place you bets gents:

I would hazard a guess at $100k but it should inlcude the windows for that

Ha! Yes, it should. Anxious to see what happens with it. In California, they have that designation for "kit cars". There are 500 such designations allowed per year. No polution test required.
