I seem to be missing the angled suppert bracket for the rear canopy but do seem to have this left over www.clark.mike.btinternet.co.uk/Ultima/Images/RearCanopySupporta.jpg

It seems to be completely different to the CD plus it has 2 large holes in it.

Any pointers appreciated. If all else fails I do have some angle I can cut to size and use.

Michael,

this is definitely not the rear canopy support bracket. I used this thing to place and hold the heater control under the dashboard. I guess it could also be used to fit the canopy-openers.

Cheers for that.

The only other use for it I could see was acting as a spacing template for the canopy pull handle holes ?!?

You shouldn't need a canopy bracket.

The body buffers will hold it all in place, well that's what I have done anyway.

Personally I think it looks better without a bracket and not really necessary. IMO

Michael,
Those brackets were in my canopy release cables bag. I have used them to support the pull handles in the luggage containers.

Thanks guys,

That's cleared that one up.

I must admit Gary's idea of not fitting a support bracket actually appeals to me.

Graham,

How many did you get? I only have one, which I suppose can go on the end of the container that isn't rivetted to the chassis.

'fraid I had two, one each end for the pulls.
