Is that an oil catch tank? Or is it dry sumped, or venting to air or back to the inlet manifold?

If it is a Challenge spec engine fro the factory then it is dry sumped.

The main oil tank will be in the passenger footwell mounted as far forward as possible. There will be a breather tank, often strapped to the fuel tank. It is quite normal for a small amount of oil to collect in this.
