The Toolsnstuff.co.uk/SIP TVRCC Challenge Cup has revised it's calendar for 2005.
The first round planned for 26th March at Silverstone has been postponed. The first race of the series will now take place on 16th April at Brands Hatch, as will the second race in a new Double Header event.
The change will accommodate a request from partner series, the Track & Race Saloon championship, for more time to prepare. A much bigger grid of TVRs and High Performance saloons is now expected for the first race, which is only weeks away.
The new calendar also confiirms a double header weekend at Pembrey on 21st and 22nd May, although the race at Brands Hatch on 25th June will not take place. The final round at Brands Hatch GP is confirmed but will move from the 26th to the 19th of November.
This leaves a confirmed calendar of 12 races around the UK, competing for a share of the £10,000 prize fund.
