My car just arrived from Oz but sadly the rear spoiler has been broken during transit. The HSV coupe is identical to the VXR monaro body kit and its the centre part of the 3-part moulded plastic assembly that sits over the lip of the boot. Can anyone suggest where this kind of "expansion moulded" plastic can be repaired or alternatively where is my best bet for buying this kind of part in the UK. My local VXR dealer was void of any VXR parts info so I don't quite know where to start.
cheers, Julian

Worth asking uk hsv if the VXR owner breaking his car still has a spoiler. I've always got parts from Linden SV (see links), otherwise Aus. dealers. I think I would try talking to Vauxhall UK, or a good Monaro dealer such as Picador.
Good luck. Does the shipping insurance cover this sort of damage?

I know HSV "body parts" are not cheap even over here in Oz!
I think www.jhp.com.au is regularly sending bits over there now or is capable of it.

Two options here, I'm sure we'll be able to repair the spoiler but if not we can order a new middle section.
T'would be nice to see the car then I can advise the best way.
