Just returned from the tyre shop. there was a rx8 on the ramp. it has a 5 stud hub and very nice big discs and calipers. My ultima wheel has the same stud pattern and fitted.
Could be very usefull if only for the rear discs.
the jaguar is also a 5 stud and also a ford, i wonder if thats an option?

Did the RX8 have large vented rear discs that would fit under a 17" wheel with an integral handbrake?

the jags a no go, measured an x type at the weekend.
Just got to find a written off rx8.
bmw and jag use a much larger PCD as do porsche which would be a much more usefull alternative (as loads of wide aftermarket wheels available).
Ultima use ford Granada stud patern.
