Some people are nutty. They'll convince themselves of the ills of owning a Turbo and the complexity and put it under the banner of "running costs" (despite paying this much for a car in the first place).

I've seen this approach with Jaguar XK8 vs XKR owners too (where they'll pay almost as much for a pedestrian XK8). It is almost understandable with the 1980s Carrera vs Turbo, due to the lag, the clunky 4 speed box and the fuel economy.

Shurely there must be some mishtake...lots of extras tho'..but probably doesn't drive as well, or as fast, as a bog standard 993!!

Expensive 993s, why question it? If you're already a 993 owner it's a good thing and if you're not, get on with it and own one!
Quality, longevity ,style and performance shining through on the second hand market!
