There appear to be many long-standing problems which are continuously being raised in this forum and many users getting increasingly frustrated about the lack of feedback and a, seemingly, lack of interest from Haymarket.
Could you not start a sticky or two listing known problems and a progress report to keep us informed?
Maybe a single sticky where new problems can be reported so the techie guys don't need to keep trawling through to locate any outstanding bugs which can then be moved to a 'W.I.P' sticky when being actioned?

Hi PoleDriver,

Thank you for your suggestion and taking the time out to give us feedback!

I appreciate that it can get very frustrating, but due to limited resources and a small team, there can be backlog of work, but everyone at PH works their hardest to make the site the best they can. What causes further frustration for developers and members is that some work can get pushed back, if the powers that be need other work completed first.

The developers are aware of the problems the site has (therefore, no need for a sticky thread for them) and are working hard to get them fixed.

Hope that helps.

Jack

It's good to hear that the techies know what is on their job list!
I was just thinking that it may be helpful for some of us, at the viewing end, to see what is being progressed and what changes are in the pipeline!

Or should we just carry on assuming that some of these crucial items don't matter to HM and are just being ignored?

I understand where you're coming from, I'll look into having a point of reference for the members but I can't promise anything!

And absolutely not, rest assured nothing gets ignored and they do matter to us. smile
