Hi all.

I am looking for a pair of the large Porsche oval chrome plated sports tips for a 2000 996 C2. Cheapest I have seen for new ones is £199 at Design911.

Anyone got any cheaper, please? Good nick second hand ones would be fine!!

I've certainly seen 996TT twin pipes (one big, one small) and 993 big ovals on ebay before.

I think they were being sold by either design911 or porschapart actually... worth a 'phone call?

At the festival of speed last year there was a company selling these for pre 2001 996's, really good quality ones too & very good value...just can't remember the name of the company ! sorry doesn't help much, unless you can get a copy of the exhibitors from last year.

Oh forgot to say, the Porsche breakers are a good place to look too - I have a few links if you want them.
When I was looking for a Sports exhaust for my 1998 C2 I found 2 almost brand new units at breakers very cheap - & those are like hens teeth.

Try Specialist Cars' in Malden. I bought ovals for my 993 last year and they were very helpful when I came to fit them!!(The air was blue for a while ) Good price too...
