Brundle pays up (at last !!!!!)

Following all my earlier posts spanning some months now, regarding my 400se sold to me by Brundle TVR, which turned out to be stolen and ringed.

I can happily now report a conclusion to the horrible experience. I have finally had a settlement from Brundle's (only after solicitors became involved), and have repurchased the car from the insurers. The car is now re-registered on its correct 1990 plates and is going back to the factory soon to have the VIN plate and numbers re stamped.

My advice to anyone considering buying a used TVR is (1) : don't go to Brundle's, and (2) : check everything, never trust a dealer (even a main dealer)
