Or you could paint the walls and floor of your garage then it wouldn't be as dusty, and don't forget that dust between a dust cover and the car is a scratch waiting to happen
I did this - definitely recommend it. You'll need 3 times as much paint as you think though. Means you can nip out to the car and drool on it in the evening with just your socks on without getting mucky feet too
Well been down to Halfords and picked up an in door cover for £35 including staps and pouch...
Fits perfectly........
Now to B&Q for the paint.... now what colour shall I do the walls and floor. I wonder if they have Imperial Blue... Car would be invisible then, what a securtiy idea

Suggest that if you are going to use Floorpaint, use a concrete sealer first (or patio sealer) otherwise it will break up quite quickly.
I have found in the past that Wickes floor paint is about half the price of B&Q or Homebase.
Thats assuming your garage has a concrete floor.

PS I used two old soft cotton double bed sheets sown together, draped over the car, even cheaper than an Argos cover!!!!

Can't beat white walls and ceiling and light grey floor for that workshop feel. Makes the garage bigger, brighter and much less dusty. Hard work, but my housemate did most of it... double garage too!

Go to the May Diary page for before and after pics to see how much better it looks. Well worth the effort if you can get someone else to do it for you.
