Just had my dual gauge repaired by Alan - http://thegaugeshop.com/ which I'm sure I found somewhere in an old post here as Speedy cables seem to be anything but.
Cost £74 for a replacement bulb & pipe and only took 2/3 weeks, very happy.

Not bad! If only you had posted this a few weeks ago.. I just bought a new one to avoid waiting for NotsoSpeedy Cables..

I have do now have a magnolia gauge that could be sent for repair for someone who didn't want their car off the road though..

Funny enough I was advised to go the route of buying a new one instead of going to Speedy but when I took my dash apart I realised my gauges were Mint coloured and you can only buy white & magnolia off the shelf I think.
Also turned out cheaper to repair, happy days.

Yeah, nearly half price! laugh

Hmm.. Oh well! A minor extra cost in the scheme of things!

Thought I'd add an update now that the dash has been re-veneered and the Cerb is back on the road.
I had a mild panic when trying to fit the temp sender bulb on the refurb'd temp gauge, the new bulb was 0.5 mm larger in diameter than the old one and that was enough to stop it being refitted. I ended up just reducing this via emery paper and elbow grease until it fitted.
The dash came back from Malcolm @ http://www.london-carriage-craft.com/ looking really lovely as you can see from the dodgy pic below

She's now all reassembled and working and went through the MOT last week via Andy @ APM, happy days. This was the longest she's been off the road in my ownership of 8 years, about 6 weeks I guess. I really enjoyed the round trip to Andy after not having driven her for a while
