3200 Radio Reception - improving
Discussion
For some odd reason (atmospherics no doubt) my radio reception is pretty naff in the morning. It's OK when I travel in the afternoon.
It's particularly bad in fine weather, not much better in cloudy stuff.
I guess it uses the rear windscreen heater as an aerial.
Does anybody know how to improve the reception (without attaching a huge aerial)?

I decided to bin the Becker altogether and went for a DAB radio (Woodstock DAB 54) with an unintrusive internal aerial with booster. I didnt want an external aerial to spoil the lines of the car.
I've tried this system on my previous Cerbera (similar reception levels to Maserati), and it worked well compared to the standard MW/LW/FM reception. Expecting something similar from the 3200 once its fitted - I'll let you know. Obviously dependant though on the DAB coverage in your area.
Cheers,
Michael
