Owner's book always with you
Discussion
Maybe you guys know that already, but it took me somewhat by surprise so, you never know...
When I was looking for an English owner's book on PDF (the one in my car is in French), turns out you can download the official Aston Martin app on your iPhone, select your model and there you go, you have a manual always with you and exportable in PDF. From now on, I will leave the big book at home, more space in the glovebox.
I have no clue if you can have the same app on Android though.

I never got a manual with the AMi III upgrade (seems you don't despite the cost) so this is very handy!
Given the huge number of new owners who asked me the SportShift PDF guide, I thought about bumping this one up to the front page, it's very useful but little known.

Afraid the link doesn't work for me!
Sorry, yeah, I did took it out of my public folder some time ago. Try now:https://www.dropbox.com/s/13wwlyzid3x16in/Manuale....
Any idea why I cannot download the manual via Aston Martin app? I have iphone ios 13 in use and regardless i define VIN or select whatever model, the download won't start after tapping the pdf. I also sent email to their customer support but did not get any response. Is the app working normally for you?
I bought my Virage as German edition, so I really would need English manual somewhere.

But try to click my Dropbox link above, you should be able to at least have it in PDF on your computer.

Nope - doesn't work for me either (iPhone with latest iOS). The VIN "search" never concluded. Just entered the car/year using the alternative method. Then the manual wouldn't download.I bought my Virage as German edition, so I really would need English manual somewhere.
Thankfully Aston make cars and not apps.
Doesn't really bother me, but bit of a half-hearted app that's probably forgotten about by the company now.

I have also downloaded the App to my iPhone 11 running the latest operating system. Very frustrating as everything works except downloading the Owner's Guide for my 2016 DB9 GT Volante.I bought my Virage as German edition, so I really would need English manual somewhere.

Setting the time - Hello guys, I recently bought a Vantage S v8 2016. I’ve been trying to figure out how to set the time (clock). In settings, there is an option to manually set the time but it’s only an on/off toggle. Can anyone advise?
According to my 2015 Owner's Guide it seems to depend if you have SatNav. if you do apparently you press "Nav", use the screen and joystick controller to go to "Settings" then enter "Time". Perhaps the "Settings" toggle you found tells the system whether to use Nav time or not? If your 2016 is one of the face-lifted versions with the touch-sensitive buttons this may not apply.
As an aside, my clock seems to never need adjusting.
