I'm sure you'll be rushing back there next time round, then. They really don't do themselves any favours do they...

I have found you have to resort to lots of swearing to sort them out when they try to de-mast your britches.

Plus telling them you are going to send a letter to Andy Moss (or Goss?) helps too....mind you by the way most of the OPC’s carry on, the P-GB chief chap may as well be an off spring from the heady days of Bros.

Not much you can say to that. My OPC are fully aware that Mr Dazren sources his own tyres.

Dunno why this surprised anyone. All official dealers play this game. I just politely decline in these circumstances. Most people don't though, which is why they can get away with it.

Personally I find 220 for a wheel alignment pretty shocking unless they are having to do something odd. I've always had 'hunter' alignments done for 100ish.

Wait until they tell you that you need new wiper blades - Don't ask how much, just say NO!

Go on. Last pair on my S class came to about £60. On my M5 earlier this week a pair cost £32.
