A while back a bird (feathered variety) dumped on the bonnet of my mint Griff. Shortly after I posted a thread, etc.

Did get some of it, but a clear mark was left, at a certain angle.

Anyway, I was at my local car spares this morning and had to get some decent t-cut to do me mums honda with. Ended up getting '3M Finesse It'.

Cut a long story short, it was very successfull. So tried it on bird turd remnant on Griff, and hey presto!!!!! Its gone.

Forget T-cut, get 3M. It kicks ar*e.

I use it, very good, i think it has a harder yet smaller grain to T cut, so you get a better shine quicker, but don't forget its an abrasive.

As long as you get it reasonably fresh (hours not days), a rag/tissue soaked in hot water and left on the burd tird for a few minutes softens it enough to then wipe off without a trace.
