Cameras on M6 J18

Interesting that on two virtually identical M6 roadworks (contraflow, 50mph & narrow lanes), the on in Cheshire has NO cameras, the one in Lancashire has 4 each way, despite a less busy section of motorway. Government bodies are supposed to enforce the law through using the principles of TRANSPARENCY, CONSISTENCY & PROPORTIONALITY. We all appreciate the lack of proportionality that cameras represent, here is a clear example that the police pay little heed to consistency either!
