Great, two more threads suddenly appear in this forum from no where in particular and make me look like an idiot for starting this one

They were moved in from other forums because they were posted in the wrong place. Too many comments to close them.

anyway interesting reading on the race fastest laps page here -
www.formula1.com/race/result/fastestlaps/741/8.html
Fastest 3 (Alonso, Raikonen, Montoya) were really untouchable, Button 4th fastest race lap time, then Fisi, then Coulthard !!!!!! then M Schumacher (1.3s off Alonso's best).

is it just me, or was that race a demonstration of Alonso becoming the next Schumi?

From pole, runs off in the distance and doesnt have anyone compete for the lead...

CHRST what a load of CRAP - did not see any racing for the 45 mins I gave it - Giving up on this crap now.

Changing oil in Tiv was more interesting.

Even if you do get a close race it might be one or two overtakes - not throughout the race - Replace it with CART (where the REAL Racing is, or GP2) F1 is truely DEAD

Agreed, it was extremely poor entertainment... only Sato tried to make anything happen, taking 3 trips into the kitty litter for his troubles.

IRL was quite good last night, less than 1/2 car length between first 3 at the finish line... and another podium for championship leader Dan Wheldon, with Dario Franchitti and Darren Manning also running to good finishes.

We need CART rules over here and Globally and less shitty tracks - did you see the plan view of the track all low - mediium speed corners (what skill) - no big Balls 'commitment corners' to speak of - F1 too santised. Even yellow flags - which I hate - but they do know how to make it 'A SHOW'.
