I have seen a nive TVR Taimar turbo for sale, it is in my opinion nicer than the S's I've seen apart from being a slightly dodgy colour.

At the moment I have a fairly highly modified and prepared integrale. The TVR looks to be in great condition but I know hardl;y anything about them. Can anyone furnish me with some knowledge? I've looked at Teds pages but I need to know more. What about performance figures. Reliability etc. It seems to have some sort of cage in it which I doubt is standard. Any further info is appreciated.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Edited to say it is an 86C if that makes any diference.

Edited again to edit the edit.

The very best thing you can do is talk to Adrian Venn of exactly TVR, he advertises on here and knows more about the Turbo cars than almost anyone I'd guess.

He is a true enthusiast and I'm sure will fill you in.

Why don't you post that thread on the classic board ? I'm sure there are some around who will help you. A Taimar Turbo (a real one, I mean the turbo) is certainly worth a look & more. The cage was build in later. How much is it and who sells it ?

Edited because of smiley trouble, now sorted.
