Mark Wegh explains the barn find 550 Spyder to 18 petrolheads.

After a coffee break he invited our group of 18 for a tour on his attic. Insane.

The Classic Center showroom is proper to.

As is the parking area...

550 Spyder details are breathtaking. The engine has not run yet. Because of its value Mark takes apart the whole car before giving it a go.

Commuting parking area riot. About 13 Porsches and a 147 before we hit the dikes to head for Porsche Center Gelderland. And yes, that's a 930.

More of this?

Yes please! Always love your photography with the odd commentary (first picked up on the GP girls threads years ago!).

The legendary Grid Girls topic: boy, wasn't that banned 10 years ago?

Bomb da parking with Porsche.

1969 Porsche 911 2.2 T Coupé and 911 Carrera RS 2.7. It's amazing what you can find in the PCG showrooms.

63 with 700 brake and our 147 2.0 were the non-Porsches of the pack.

Uber mint 944 Turbo wow. It's hard to swallow transaxles are still under the radar by so many classic car enthusiasts. These are perfect dailies really.

Patina 1956 356 Speedster. I love these untouched cars.

Mark is a keen guide. I brought a group of connaisseurs: everyone learnt that day.

Mark must be one of the nicest guys in the European Porsche trade. With a very nice collection of cars and 'vehicles'.

Happy to be able to drop by at anytime. it would be mega to support and service a UK posse and team up with the Dutch community. I have plenty of routes that eventually will lead to Heteren.

Drop dead gorgeous Porsche 959 at display. Wow.

Time for lift off to Heteren.

My kind of car: Porsche 964 RS Tribute riot.

Porsche 930 see through. The showroom with contemporary (post 996) Porsches on the left.

The PCG attic is the real King Tut's Tumb: well over a 100 fantastic and special cars at display. Mark leads the way in a 2.5 hour tour.

Well over 1 Million euro 356 cab boast the four cam 1600. Ooof.

Bologna Weber porn on the 550 Spyder.

So much space to work. This must be heaven for a mechanic.

In between a 901 and sandblasted 356 coupe sits this piece. One day...

A yellow 928 on these wheels: whoah...

On with the PCG show:

The PCG classic workshop is a museum depot in itself. All kinds of wonderful here: 550 Spyder replica, various 356, early 911 and two 901. It's a miracle we're even allowed to stroll around here.

Insanely beautiful early 356 coupe. A true dream garage car. In my eye this is perfection with a capital P. Sod big power!

Four litre RS anyone?

Let's have another look at the container find 550 Spyder: I can so imagine this to be a V8 eating thing.

Can't get enough of the 959 either...

1972 was a very good year.

Looks like it has an extra oil cooler behind the front splitter….or someone wanted to make the car look a bit more aggressive. Looks like it has a roll bar so maybe it was used in competition at some stage.

Mark has a 1973 for sale - check website - but not this one. I know it's frequently used on track days and demos.
