most excellent news, however due to the woeful reliability of the skoda, if you want to see him in action, i would go to the first stage otherwise you might be disappointed.

This was rumoured a while back, with Colin driving for Skoda for a rally or three in return for them giving Chris Meeke a seat. Any idea if this is part of the deal this time?

AFAIK he hasn't been able to swing a deal for Meeke too. I reckon he's taken this drive for virtually nothing as a shop window for his talents, but he'll have to battle hard for a drive next year with the withdrawal of PSA

Unfortunately, quite possibly true (unless, of course, Colin trashes the car first!)

Hope this is true.

I'll be at the first stage to catch it incase the car is never seen again.
