Gents, is anyone using lower than standard length springs? Tweeks offer upto 40mm reduction, is this too far? Should I keep the length and the change lb's? How do they feel? & How do i smuggle them into the house without the boss finding out!
many thanks D.

I got new rear springs for my 350i from Richard at Wedge Automotive because one had cracked. The new ones were shorter, but heavy duty items and therefore didn't change the ride height. A stiff rear end compensates for the lack of rear anti-roll bar - as it were.

Which wedge is this for and what do you want to set it up for - track days or road use? Lowering the springs is tricky - I've seen quite a few lowered 350s scrub their wheel arches on the track. I would tend not to change the ride height.
