The subject: Technology.

It's all around us, wether we like it or not.
Showcase it however you see fit.

Rules as per usual: but with a new rule regarding results/next competition.

The photos taken must be your own work and can be taken at any time, but please do get out with your gear if you have safe opportunity etc.

The competition will run from the first to the last day of the month.

You can only submit one, and only one photo.

The winner from the previous month decides on the topic for the following month and judges it at the end of the month.

If the judge fails to pick a winner after 3 days any winner in the last 12 months may pick a winner and, if the winner does not pick a subject within the next 48 hours, will also set the next months subject.

The winner should update the Photography Competition Photo Challenge Wiki

Entries and discussion on this single thread please.

All entrants acknowledge that they may indeed win and that their adherence to convention ensures everyone else's continued fun.

Inspired by 757, I grabbed a vintage camera from the display. Ninety years of camera technology... yet a photographer from the first era would still be able to operate today's mirrorless camera.

A very relative clock mechanism... the inner working of the Zytglogge in Bern which Einstein looked at on his morning (walking) commute to the patent office and pondered the nature of time.

Small turnout this month, perhaps I picked a less interesting topic? But thanks to all that entered, strong entries.

1st place I have to give to Whoozit. Perfect lighting and lovely contrast.

2nd place to 757. Again, superb lighting.

Over to you, Whoozit.

Thanks so much Adz! A shame about the turnout.

Posting new topic now.
