Bit of a long shot this. My father sold his 5D MKIV a couple of years ago but didn't get around to selling a 70-200 F4 IS and a Sigma 150mm 2.8 Macro Lens. They're now with me to sell on his behalf (regretting making that offer!) and although I could send them to MPB etc, I'd have quite liked him to maximise his return on them so would ideally sell privately but I have no means of checking they're still fully functional. I mean they certainly should be but I don't want some unwitting buyer to have to test that for me. So, anyone within a sensible driving distance of County Durham with a Canon DSLR that I could meet to quickly test them? Otherwise, they'll be off to MPB.

Or you could buy the cheapest working Canon dSLR from MPB, check out that the lenses work, then sell the lot on, knowing it all works.

Edit to add: dSLR available for under £30!

Not a bad plan. Thanks.
