BA restarting LHR to CHS 2024?

Has anyone got any intel on British Airways restarting their direct flights to Charleston SC, USA this summer?
A colleague said he’d heard on local radio in Charleston.
They started with 2 flights a week back in 2019 but stopped when COVID arrived.
A quick Google hasn’t yielded anything concrete.

I do not believe BA will be flying that route again soon. It is a five hour drive from Atlanta and under four from Charlotte NC.

On the flip side Atlanta airport is utter ste and BA only have one daily service there. Charleston is a great city and there’s a tremendous amount of wealth there. I would have thought the primary obstacle to the return of the route would be a lack of aircraft more than a lack of viability. It was only 400 seats per week when it was launched
