(Assuming that there is no great disparity between the tyres)
IIRC, the last really wet race was in Brazil. That was the one in which Fisichella lucked into a victory, Raikkonen, Barrichello or Coulthard ought to have won, and Mikey put his car into the tyre wall.
So who's the Regenmeister?

I think its the best chance they have this year to win a race with all cars on the starting grid.I really needs to be wet from the start otherwise its really pot luck.

The real question is how cautious will Alonso be - maybe end up with 1 or 2 points. Therefore, can Raikannon get lucky and win? Is he any good in the rain?

Ferrari must have a better chance in the rain, they're the only team that's done any significant wet weather testing all year. The rest of the teams couldn't afford to waste any of their limited testing on wet running as wet races are so infrequent.

Wasn't that also the race where Bridgestone hadn't brought a suitable tyre for the conditions? Their 'wet' tyre was really an intermediate and couldn't cope with the downpour. The FIA delayed the start and ran the cars behind the safety car while the circuit dried out. Funny how they can be so accomodating over a tyre issue when it suits them.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
Was it not about three years ago when the Michelin intermediate tyre was so inadequate that Michelin runners even resorted to avoiding using the tyre altogether, preferring to alternate between "slicks" and wets?
In Sunday's continually damp race at Spa, the Bridgestone inter may have been slightly superior to the Michelin, but if it was you wouldn't have known it from the pace of the Ferraris.
