Apologies I know very little about watches.
I have a year 2000 Omega speedmaster reduced in black with a black leather strap like this onehttps://www.watchfinder.co.uk/Omega/Speedmaster%20Reduced/3810.50.06/1306/item/283599

The strap has worn out now so I need to get a new one,

Should I get an official Omega strap?
I can't seem to find that strap online, anyone know the name?
I also quite like the thought of a rubber/silcon strap with the folding clasp fastener, does anyone know if Omega does these?

Thanks.

I bought a silicone deployment strap from these years ago now and it's been brilliant. I gave up on leather as they tends to rot in a very short space of time:

The lug width of the Reduced is 18mm, so if you search 18mm watch straps, you’ll get literally millions of options.

Omega do them, but OEM straps are horrendously expensive for what you get.

If you contact Omega they will no doubt supply one but expect it to be at least a couple of hundred pounds. They charge around £150 for NATOs last time I checked.

It’s not unusual though, I had to buy a new rubber strap from IWC and it was around £300

I'm a bit of an Omega fanboy but can't bring myself to pay for OEM straps and bracelets, it's just silly money.
As above, there are loads of quality aftermarket options available without having to go to etsy etc for fakes.

Mate of mine bought a rubber strap for his Omega Seamaster recently and says quality is really good.
