I'm thinking of getting rid of our EV that we have on a business PCP (with Black Horse) but seeing how they've massively depriciated, I've read about Voluntary Termination.
As its not private buyer PCP but a business PCP, can this be done still on Voluntary Termination?

Looking at the numbers, it seems less of of hit to Voluntary Terminate it rather than trade it in.

Unfortunately not, as you bought as a business it is an unregulated agreement and therefore you don’t have VT rights

Read the T&Cs, if you can VT it you'll find an explanatory paragraph.

Isn't one of the main "benefits" of PCP that the "massive depreciation" isn't your problem?

I wouldn't be looking to VT because of depreciation, just hand the car back at the end of the term and make it their problem that the car is worth far less than the GFV.

It's also unlikely that a VT will come at a point that is significantly shorter than the term anyway as you usually have to have made at least 50% of the repayment which includes the baloon, this point usually comes very close to the end of the original term unless you made a massive initial deposit.

Are you sure it's PCP not BCP?

If you're a Ltd co then its a non regulated agreement. May well be that you have HP with balloon rather then PCP with a GFV. If non reg I have never seen an agreement which allows VT and if HP with balloon you'll have to make up any neg equity at the end of the agreement.
