Hi there I have just purchased a Kepler One and I cannot seem to get to grips with the hot water system .
I have turned water and LPG on I have pressed Aux and turned the hot water on to 50 just to-try .
Now mine has been converted to LPG for cooking and hot water so I don’t have to worry about bottles and just fill up at a gas station that does it .
I was told the water was done off the LPG in which case the mains power shouldn’t be needed but even if it was off leisure battery it’s fully charged but I’m getting nowhere .
I’ve now plugged it in in garage and trying it that way but surely the point of this is to use it off grid !!!
Can anyone help please .

Are there any lights on a control panel? We have a hot water system in our horse lorry and the gas MUST be on before the electrics or it will lock out and you have to go through a button sequence to re-set it…it gives a flashing light warning.

My truma gas heating system seems to not like it when the gas has been turned off at the tank. Gives me a red light and refuses to heat the van or any water until I have turned it off and restarted a few times.
If the gas supply has been left open then it starts first time.
I am guessing a slight airlock or something similar.

Sounds as though the lack of gas pressure locked it out. Should be easy enough to kill the power completely, make sure gas is on and then turn it back on.

On my system you can reset a lock out with 5 quick turn off and back on cycles of the switch.

Maybe google lockout for your particular system

Does it have the Truma Boiler control panel (grey and black with a dial which rotates)? Just make sure the external flue cover has been removed, gas taps/manifolds are open as required and gas coming through the hob.
