Hi,

I've got a 1991 S4 and only have one key for it. What/where's the easiest place to get a spare - does it have to be ordered from Porsche?

Also, what engine oil do these V8's need?

Does anyone know of good place to get these serviced in Sussex (nearer Brighton the better).

Thanks

Darren

My 928S4 ran happily for seven years on a diet of Mobil One - changed annually, but hardly used a drop!

Can't help with the other points, though.

Porsche Shop www.porscheshop.co.uk do blanks which you then take to your local key cutter.

If only it were that easy, the 928 keys are cut at 45 degs. on both sides & on both edges unlike other keys which are cut at 90 degs. only 3 known places in UK can do them, Ealing W.London, East end East London & Blackpool (?) & of course Porsche who will only cut one from a VIN. No. IIRC £55 +vat & tuff if it doesn't fit !.
Your best bet is to get one by emailing a pic of your key to a company in OZ.as have many satisfied 928 owners.
See below for info.
