VX220 federalisation?

Hi all, Can anyone think of a reason why the VX220 couldnt be federalised? It has airbags, sufficient crash structure and isrunning the engine Vauxhall say is good for 2005 emissions.... any thoughts / knowledge would be appreciated! thanks Night

How do you know the crash structure is adequete?

Point of information - I'm told it was exhibited at at least one US motor show, badged as a Saturn. Cheers, Adrian

read a report which claimed that the development targets were for US crash tests....could be wrong though
