http://tinypic.com/
and hit 'Browse'
select a picture from your own folder

then hit 'host'
wait a few seconds for them to bugger about with it,

take the first line or 'link'

now type in this
[pic].....................their link..............[/pic]

paste the whole lot in pistonheads reply box with any text in the normal way

right go on then..
