I visited the stall in the NEC at the car show three weeks ago and meant to return and buy a tin before I left. It certainly worked on his demo -- half the plate was treated, half wasn't. Digital camera, flash, hey presto picture with half the plate white, half visible. Can't say if the physics are representative of a gatso, but IMHO anything you can do to tip the odds a bit is worthwhile.

Certainly a more convincing than that poxy snake oil/torque wrench/stalled bearing demo!
