who designed startmobile.net

anyone know or got any ways of finding out who designed startmobile.net, im guessing its an
american company.
Anyone know who could design a similar kind of site, with allot of picures on. Would the price be huge.

At a glance it looks like a simple site to create.

They need to do some optimisation as it takes forever to load for me, some of the file sizes could be shrunk down a fair bit and pictures could be paginated for improved performance.

Not sure on the price for something like that, but it's probably more than I'm thinking

I agree with SlimJ - not a difficult site to build by any means. If you're interested in getting a quote I'd be happy to oblige - my company is www.cantarus.com and we've done work for a number of PHers before.
