Bad news, along with the german co-driver killed in spain in the JWRC this weekend.
Only yesterday I was reading about F1's fatalities on wikipedia and thinking about how the sport is nothing like it was when drivers were expected to die each season

Agreed. I think we're so used to seeing drivers hop out of destroyed machinery without even so much as a scratch that we've become immune to the possibilty they won't.

At least the guys put on one hell of race in his memory ...
