I thought that (officially franchised) Ferrari dealers were not allowed to sell cars over list, but walking past HR Owen in South Ken last night I saw a used 430 Spider stickered at £145k. It would have to be heavily loaded for that to be list or under, surely?

They have to sell NEW cars at list - but can price used cars as they want. Robin Barstewards!

In the UK I am 90% certain that Ferrari prohibits franchised dealers from selling used cars over list - I know that Porsche and many other marques certainly do (which is why you never see used cars in the franchise network until premiums have settled down).

I know the exact car you mean, I was looking at it yesterday too. It lists at around £140k and has around 3000 miles on it - it's £5000 over list. I was told that this was due to the high prices that dealers are having to pay to get existing owners out of their cars. The one at the back of the showroom is up for £155k! It has ceramics I assume.

They have been selling over list for years. I'm just surprised that they are advertising the fact now as it used to be more covert!!!
