Just a crazy idea...

1997 TVR Griffith 500, silver with red interior, 27K miles, excellent condition.

Any idea what it would fetch in NZ? Or would it be thrown out by Customs, emissions etc?

Edited to add - ah, after reading another thread it might be impossible.

Approx £20k for a 95 Chimaera, so imagine what the griff could make.

Had to sell mine when I moved out here, cos of the current laws etc. Should have brought an old Wedge or something else - will just keep saving until TVR start selling down here

Thats been for sale over a year.
I know of 4 Griff's that have sold in the last 18 months from 57 to 80k,(94to96)
Even if you could import the UK cars over here, they would'nt command the NZ new prices,as the chassis's here are rust free and generally in better overall condition.I have a 97 and 98 UK chassis here and can't believe how much a climate/enviroment has on these cars.

There was a black Mercedes in Woburn (Very lower-middle class area of Lower Hutt, Wellington) that was on Isle of Man plates for quite a while, that might work (i.e. registered in another country) .
