Chaps a while since my last post but I need some advice I am looking at changing my much loved 996 C4S for a GT3 as one has come up that is a great deal however it has a standard exhaust and is just so quiert compared to the C4S with its Sports Exhaust has anyone fitted one to a GT3 and If so was it OPC or aftermarket?
Is there a switchable option for tracks like Goodwood

Aftermarket, Supersprint 95db
Do the whole system you will get more power..!!
Mine burbles at tick over, not too loud around 2-3500rpm then from 4-7,000 it rasps like F1 car.

My GT3 has the PSE (non-switchable, always on).
I think it sounds the biz...
Depending on weather, it tests as 101-102db static test (4500rpm).

Adrien, does your system have headers as well? I recently looked at the new GT3 exhaust on the Porsche web site. The exhaust manifold was not what I expected. I would have thought the stock systme would have been properly tuned headers.

TBH, I'm not 100% certain John... I will have to double check (do you have a photo of the original headers?). I understand PSE to be just the back boxes and the headers remained as standard. FWIW, I had it dyno'd several times with varying amounts of load on rollers, and it consistently and repeatedly measured 375hp with no wheel slip etc.
