Technical info needed...S2/J
Discussion
I have just bought and serviced my S2, however since I don't currently own any of the manuals, I am at a loss as to the recommended spark-plug gap setting...
Please would someone be kind enough to let me know.
I would also appreciate any info on what manuals I should be looking for and where I can source one?
By the way - fantastic car!!!

The only manual you need is the TVR S series by Steve Heath (often refered to on here as the bible) www.tvrbooks.co.uk

Haven't got the spark plug info to hand right now I'll look tonight.
THE manual to have is the one published by Steve Heath. Available through the car club online at www.tvrbooks.co.uk/

Hi Grant
Welcome to the club!
The book you are looking for is Steve Heath's 'S' Bible which can be obtained through the TVRCC (www.tvrcc.com/). It is essential reading IMO.
As to gaps RC7YC 0.7mm RC7YCC 0.8mm
Hope this helps

Thanks all... I didn't expect such a fast response - don't you guys work for a living!?
...and thanks for welcoming me to the club. Must say I am loving the S2. Being a biker, I have a suzuki GSXR750R which is a real performance machine (which I race), but this is the first time I have driven a car that gives me the same kind of thrill...
Can't wait for the first track-day...!!! Just need to get up to speed (sorry) on tyres, brakes, filters, suspension mods, additives etc...etc..etc
Thanks again..
