That schedule was first affected by a late decision on the specification of gearbox the SA06 should utilize and then by a technical problem at the team’s wind tunnel facility last month which halted all model testing for five days."
Might it be that they use Honda's wind tunnel and the 'technical problem' was Honda launching a full size car through the extractor fan at 120mph?
