355 spider sottop problem...
Discussion
All,
I picked up my 355 spider last night and went to put the roof down but when I press the cabriolet switch it just keeps beeping.
I have followed all the procedures in the manual, ie have tried it with engine on and also with the power on. I have had the seatbelt on, handbrake on, doors closed, windows down and foot on the brake but to no avail.
I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on the problem.
Many thanks,
BJ

yes, as per previous post - would normally be because roof has not been manually pushed back quite far enough. should go back until it naturally stops, but obviously dont force it. hand brake has to be on and car in neutral if i recall right.
if that doesnt work then try moving the electric seats about a bit.
if that doesnt work then panic.
