Saw the Plate above,today,attached to a very tatty Rover/Honda 200thingy near Loughborough Junct. SW9.(london) The car's for sale for 150 quid!It looks almost road legal!
I got the mobile number off of the ad -07947 653186
I'm not promising the Sellers ability to speak English but it might be worth a try!!:-)
