ITV coverage is pants-a-rama!

Due to the fact F1 has gone to the dogs the last couple of seasons I haven't bothered watching a race for almost 2 years now.
But due to a hangover, I did catch the re-runs of the China GP and then the Japanese GP (a different hangover).
The thing that really did my nut in was the coverage from ITV. How can they decide to put the adverts in the places they do on a frickin re-run? Surely they know where the action has been and could put them in better places? And there are still far too many of them...

They've only got one VCR to tape the race so when they run the adverts they tape them and can't add in the action later
Plus they spend all their money on the Sniff Petrol "Stop the Cock" campaign to have any left over for a 2nd VCR.
