john was following me in the car he was driving and complaining that it wouldnt do that.

he had to resort to giving it a 'scandanavian flick' to get it to step out!!

I like the fact that the tyre marks on the tarmac are at at least 45°C to the angle of your car, so what is your direction of travel exactly?

From a dramatic appearance point of view, it's a shame that the LSD prevents the inside wheel from giving off loads of smoke as John's used to.

forwards, with some sideways drift

its right on paddock hill bend which is quite steep, so the car has really controlable understeer, so it drifts sideways to the kerb, by the time its there the track is straight.

it doesnt really scrub that much speed off, im in fourth with full throttle at that point, its very scary the first time you do it, but with confidence i can do it every lap!

great fun, and in my eyes the sort of look that a mini should have on the limit, non of this perfect line, all wheels pointing the same way look!!!!!

they are avon cr6's

about 80 quid a tyre and last for ages, they are heavy tire, but the sidewalls are very stiff.
